From the remains of a post-rock instrumental band, the project new hvn has surfaced, blending their post-rock roots with their shoegaze-gaze and post-hardcore influences.<br \/>\n.<\/p>\n<p>Having toured the world and released two albums as their former project A Burial at Sea, new hvn have had years of experience on the road, building fanbases up around Ireland, UK, Europe and Asia and have supported bands such as And So I Watch You From Afar, The Ocean, This Will Destroy You. They\u2019ve also made appearances at festivals like ArcTanGent (UK), Post in Paris (FR), Bergmal (SW), and Dunk (BE).<br \/>\n.<\/p>\n<p>Sumea will open the evening at Bar Loose. Blending witchcraft and occultism with groovy riffs, progressive drumming, and hints of laid-back, bluesy \u201960s rock, Sumea delivers a sound that\u2019s both hypnotic and heavy.
